Frankie Luvu's Suspension Overturned

The NFL announced on Tuesday that hearing officer Derrick Brooks has overturned Frankie Luvu's one-game suspension. Instead of sitting out, Luvu will face a fine of $100,000 for his third hip-drop tackle violation this season.

Luvu was previously fined $23,186 for a hip-drop tackle in Week 4 against the Falcons and $46,372 for another violation in Week 8 against the Chiefs. His latest violation occurred during a game against the Seahawks.
